Before the purchase
AIRMAR will make sure that there are no
claims or registered charges against the property. We will
also make sure that no other debts exist, such as unpaid
taxes, debts to the Community, or debts to the electricity,
water or gas suppliers.
We obtain information to confirm that the property possesses
a certificate of habitation. In
the case of a new property, that the promoter will certify
the installation of electricity, water and gas.
If a mortgage is needed, on your behalf, we can take charge
of all the steps necessary for obtaining the mortgage.
You can make sure that, at the Notary, when you make your
last payment for purchase, you will be able to sign the Property
Deeds with full confidence.
After the purchase
We make sure that you will be able to use services like,
water, electricity and telephone, that all the facilities
of the Community are available to you, and of course, we
can help you arrange your home insurance.
We can process all the steps necessary for your registration
as a property owner in Spain, and for you to obtain your NIE
number (Number of Fiscal Identification as
foreigners).
AIRMAR, with its quality representation, can
enable the processing of your annual payments of taxes to the
various administrations, with a direct debit from a Spain account.
