Remote Sales Representation
If you are in the situation that you need to sell a property
in Spain, but you live too far away for regular visits, AIRMAR
may be able to help you. Spanish law requires the seller or
his legal representative to be present at various stages of
the selling process. However, we can help you find an independent
solicitor to act on your behalf through a Power of Attorney,
you will have to visit Spain at least once to set-up the Power
of Attorney, but from then on AIRMAR and your solicitor can
progress the sales of your property.
